We have a selection of online programmes to suit all ages and ability’s drop us a message and we can discuss how we can help you on your journey.   

Personal Programmes

Tailored to your individual needs, these are now online and include your macros as well.

 

You will be able to use the food diary included in the app to log your calories so that they can be tracked to ensure that you achieve your goals.

 

You will be added to the new TSFitness training app for your phone, tablet or laptop.

Personal programmes also come with a library of exercise videos for you to check techniques if needed.

You will be able to contact me via the app and I will be able to check your progress.
