Whether you're newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, in recovery, or living beyond cancer, this programme is here to help you rebuild strength, improve energy, and support your overall well-being.

Cancer and its treatments can take a toll on the body and mind. Physical activity, when guided and adapted correctly, can help reduce fatigue, improve mobility, lift mood, and enhance your quality of life. Our programme is developed by professionals with expertise in oncology, physiotherapy, and exercise science to ensure each session is safe, effective, and personalized to your needs.

Free and Fully Funded

We are proud to offer this programme completely free of charge, thanks to generous funding and community support. (subject to confirmation).
